The Continuing Enduring Power of Attorney allows a third party (usually family or friends), to act on their behalf, on a permanent basis should the donor become mentally incapable of managing her or his affairs.
The Enduring Power of Attorney covers such tasks as shares, bank accounts and the selling or buying of property.
