| Download InstructionsBuying your document using Google Checkout Downloading is the process of copying a file (such as a document) from one computer to another across the internet. When you download a document from our web site, it means you are copying it from our web server to your own computer. This allows you to open and use the document on your own machine. Here's how to download a document using Internet Explorer and Windows XP. If you're using a different browser such as Netscape Navigator or a different version of Windows, your screens may look a little different, but the same basic steps should work. After purchasing your document through Google Checkout you will receive three emails; your account login information, your invoice, and your google invoice. From our home-page, first make sure that you are signed in to your account. You can sign in by clicking the on the sign in button at the top right hand side of the home-page. ![]() Then sign in to your account using your email address and password. Once you have signed in click on the "Order Information" link, which is positioned to the right hand side of the "Personal Information" Link ![]() The order information page allows you to view order information for orders placed within the last 12 months. Simply click on the relevent order number ![]() To download your document click on the download link. You may be asked if you want to save the file or run it from its current location. If you are asked this question, select "Save." If not, don't worry -- some browsers will automatically choose "Save" for you. ![]()
The download will now begin. Your web browser will keep you updated on the progress of the download by showing a progress bar that fills up as you download. You will also be reminded where you're saving the file. . Note: You may also see a check box labeled "Close this dialog box when download completes." If you see this check box, it helps to uncheck this box. You don't have to, but if you do, it will be easier to find the file after you download it. ![]()
